The project "Cas Botanica" presents a unique architectural solution for a narrow and steep plot with panoramic views and numerous regulatory constraints, requiring a maximum floorspace of 900 m². The concept involves living in a shaded, open pavilion above a sunny, large terrace complemented by a refreshing pool overlooking the sea. The goal is to create tension between the two areas on the same level while providing a serene landscape for enjoyment.
Inside, the colors are calm and natural, while the selection of elements and materials is highly precious. On the lower floor, where the bedrooms, wellness area, and family's private spaces are located, and where the sun is less overwhelming, we surprise with interesting colors, rare objects, bespoke manufacturers, hidden courtyards, and emotion-inducing views—all to elevate the status of the lower floor to that of the upper floor.
In the basement, there are two exclusive guest apartments and a private cinema for family and friends. Surrounding the property, olive trees, palms, pines, and cypresses complete the picture of "Cas Botanica".
